Ticket Protection

A range of events are still not able to be held. If the event is postponed, the tickets remain valid for the postponement date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you have the following options:

1. Check with the organiser to see if a refund is possible.
2. Submit your claim to us if you are prevented for the following reasons:
   - Already booked holidays, business event or wedding event
   - Summons to appear as a witness before a court
   - Completion of military and civil protection duties
3. Resell your ticket via the Ticketcorner resale platform fanSALE.
    

If you are unable to attend an event for one of the following reasons, we will refund the ticket price:

• Illness or pregnancy
• Severe impairment of property (fire, natural hazards, theft or water damage)
• Cancellation or delay of public transport on the way to the event
• Failure due to accident or vehicle breakdown

We ask for your understanding that this is an exhaustive list and that no refund can be given by the insurance company for other reasons.
